The mission has conserved its orginial purpose- and has been updated with the partipation of its constituents in line with local and worldwide social and economic changes as well as with scientific and technological advances. The mission is relevant- demanding- and pertinent. Its postulate establishes that ICPR Junior College challenges the individual's capabilities to facilitate his/her formation through educational experiences that prepare him/her to successfully become integrated into a demanding and changing society.
